ACTION REQUESTED:
Adopt proclamation affirming the City of Edina’s commitment to centering racial equity in its response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
INTRODUCTION:
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the awareness that Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities are disproportionately affected by the pandemic. This proclamation reaffirms the City’s commitment to race and equity and focuses the City’s response during this time and in the future. |
