ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion to close the public hearing at noon, June 10, and to continue action on the item to the June 16 City Council meeting.
INTRODUCTION:
Richard and Lisa Bale and Steve and Kelly Housh have applied for a vacation of the streets rights of the right-of-way easement at Oak Lane and Garden Avenue. Sidewalk, trail, drainage and utility right-of-way easements shall remain.
Staff recommends approval. |
