ACTION REQUESTED:
Adopt Resolution No. 2017-111, approving the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

INTRODUCTION:

Because this is a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, the City Council has complete discretion to approve or deny this request. Therefore, staff has prepared resolutions to approve and to deny. 

 

On September 27, 2017, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment regarding height and density. Vote: 7 Ayes and 2 Nays. (See attached Planning Commission Minutes)
