Approve the amended contracts and overall scope and activity plan with AFO and BIKO to complete the Greater Southdale Area Small Area Plan as part of the 2018 Comprehensive Plan Update.
INTRODUCTION:
These contracts are to continue working with the BIKO and AFO as part of the 2018 Comprehensive Plan Update. BIKO and AFO were selected by the Planning Commission as the consultants to assist the City in Completing the Comprehensive Plan. BIKO is the primary consultant responsible for putting together the entire Comprehensive Plan Update. AFO is the consultant that has been assisting the Greater Southdale Area Work Group in their planning efforts.
The Planning Commission recommends that the City continue the relationship with Mic Johnson, AFO Architecture Field Office to assist in completing the work with the primary consultant, Biko Associates for the 2018 Comprehensive Plan Update.
The proposed contracts are within budget.
Michael Schroeder, co-chair of the Greater Southdale Area Work Group, will present the overall scope, schedule and activity plan.
