ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve Ordinance No. 2023-01 Amending Code Section 2-724 Schedule A, setting Morningside water rates for 2023, and grant second reading.
INTRODUCTION:
Council granted first reading of this ordinance at their January 17 regular meeting. The attached staff report describes the water rates for the Morningside area.
