ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve Request for Purchase for Stormwater Infrastructure Asset Inspection and Maintenance with Barr Engineering for $89,000.
INTRODUCTION:
The City of Edina’s Water Resources Management Plan (WRMP) defines and describes stormwater infrastructure asset management. The purpose of the structural stormwater infrastructure asset inspection and maintenance program is to prevent or reduce the discharge of pollutants in stormwater. Further, this program meets the inventory and inspection requirements of the City’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit issued by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. |
