ACTION REQUESTED:
Adopt Resolution No. 2021-21 and Ordinance No. 2021-17 granting approval of Final Rezoning, Overall Development Plan, Final Site Plan for Phase 1, Final Plat, Easement Agreement, Development Contract and Site Improvement Plan Agreement for 7001 and 7025 France Avenue.
INTRODUCTION:
The applicant has submitted plans that are consistent with the approved Preliminary Plans. The only change to the plans is the building of the Ewing roadway extension to the south now, rather than in the future.
The City Attorney has drafted the legal agreements and the applicant is agreeable. |
