ACTION REQUESTED:
Provide nonbinding comments in regard to the proposed sketch plan.
INTRODUCTION:
The Planning Commission is asked to consider a sketch plan proposal to develop the northeast corner of Southdale. The specific request is to construct a four-story, 150-room Hilton Hotel. The site today exists today as an overflow parking lot and storage area.
