ACTION REQUESTED:

Motion approving Cooperative Agreement for Pentagon Park Area Stormwater Management Plan.



INTRODUCTION:

The attached report describes change in flood risk affecting an area northeast of highways 494 and 100 and a proposed agreement with the Nine Mile Creek Watershed District and City of Bloomington to study the issue and create a regional stormwater management plan.
